Stockton’s unhoused neighbors need access to critical services, but lasting progress begins with expanded treatment options and truly affordable housing.
I will partner with nonprofit organizations that serve people experiencing homelessness, while insisting on transparency, measurable outcomes, and real accountability for every city dollar invested.
As a health care provider, I have seen the impacts of homelessness up close. I will advance a treatment-led recovery approach that confronts mental illness and substance use disorder as key drivers of homelessness—because compassion without results is not enough, and recovery must be part of the solution.
